Yankee debt issuers, enticed by liquidity, cheaper pricing, rush to record market

As markets enter the final phase of 2012, one of the key themes of the year so far is the prevalence of the Yankee trade. Both leveraged loan and high-yield bond issuance have seen a notable spike in such deals this year, ensuring that 2012 will contain the largest annual Yankee supply for both markets since LCD began tracking high-yield in 2006.
