Highly-regarded international bank needs a 2016 or 2017 undergraduate to fill an immediate entry analyst role in their Credit Trading group.
Incoming analysts will review the bank’s trading counterparts, and provide recommendations for or against them, and set limits and monitor exposure.
Successful hires will be focused on analyzing banks, financial institutions, funds, special purpose vehicles and corporations from a credit perspective, identifying key quantitative and qualitative issues; analysts must be able to understand complex financial structures, and explain them in a clear and concise manner to traders, senior risk managers and colleagues.
A small team environment will ensure exposure to most credit trading transactions at the firm, and hires with work with junior and senior bankers alike. Candidates MUST have graduated from a highly-regarded school, and ideally with cum laude level grades, within the past 13 months, with a degree in Finance, Economics or Engineering.
Some exposure (through coursework, internships, or job experience) to credit strongly preferred, and candidates must be self-starting, possess a high degree of ownership of their work product, and have a strong analytical mindset, as well as be team-oriented, driven, and with a distinct record of personal achievement.
