Wells Fargo has priced a $412.71 million CLO for Chicago Fundamental Investment Partners, according to sources.

The transaction is structured as follows:

The deal has a two-year non-call period and a four-year reinvestment period, sources added.

CLO issuance for February now stands at $3.18 billion, while issuance in the year to date grows to $12.2 billion, according to LCD. – Kerry Kantin
